What data do we process?
- Identification and contact details — first name and surname, company name, email address, telephone number, address.
- Enquiry details — the content of the message you send us via the contact form or by email.
- Contract and invoicing details — the information required to conclude a contract, fulfil an order and issue an invoice.
- Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, data on website visits collected via cookies.
For what purpose and on what legal basis
- Handling enquiries and communication — on the basis of steps taken prior to entering into a contract at your request, or, where applicable, our legitimate interest in replying to your message.
- Conclusion and performance of the contract — provision of the service ordered, delivery of the work, after-sales service and warranty.
- Compliance with legal obligations — in particular, accounting and tax obligations and the archiving of documents.
- Legitimate interest — the protection of property, the security and functionality of the website, and the enforcement or defence of legal claims.
- Consent — in relation to marketing communications and cookies that are not essential for the operation of the website. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
How long do we keep the data?
We retain data only for as long as is necessary for the specific purpose. Data from enquiries that did not result in a business relationship is generally retained for a maximum of 1 year. We retain contractual and accounting documents for the period specified by law, usually 10 years. We process data on the basis of consent until such consent is withdrawn.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data or pass it on to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We only disclose it, to the extent necessary, to organisations that provide services on our behalf:

- accountancy and tax consultancy,
- contractors and subcontractors involved in the performance of the contract,
