We will ask about the main symptoms (e.g. water not draining, a foul smell, heating issues) so that we know exactly which equipment and team to send to you. Once we have agreed on the details, our technicians will set off to your premises.

Let’s get to work. Depending on the type of blockage, we’ll use either an electromechanical cleaning method or high-pressure water jet cleaning. We take the utmost care to keep the area clean, with respect for your property.

We use a state-of-the-art inspection camera, which we insert directly into the pipe. On the monitor, we can see exactly what condition the inside is in and where exactly the problem lies. We only carry out excavation work when absolutely necessary and only after prior agreement with you. We recommend a camera inspection when purchasing an older property or following building work, where a pipe may have become blocked or burst.
Preventative cleaning in a detached house is recommended once every 2 to 3 years to prevent emergencies. For blocks of flats, the ideal interval is once every 3 to 5 years. Shared drainage systems are subjected to a massive influx of waste from multiple households.
